Full road closure – Upper Thilmany Road Oct. 3
There will be a full road closure of Upper Thilmany Road between Island Street and the lower library parking lot on Friday, October 3rd from 6:00am-8:00am. The closure is to create a safe work zone for the Heart of the Valley Metropolitan Sewerage District contractor working in the roadway and is subject to weather and other emergency delays.
Pedestrian access/sidewalk will remain open. Vehicular access to the library will be from Elm Street to the lower parking lot. Please remember to slow down and drive safe in work zones.
