1-25 Concrete Street Paving – Update for the Week of August 11th

The contractor’s schedule for August 11^th below:

The contractor will continue working on constructing the sidewalk and driveway aprons along the streets listed below:

• Beckett Lane
• Antelope Trail

The landscaping on each street will start about 7 days after the sidewalk work is complete for each street.  The contractor will start landscape restoration on Monday August 8^th.  They will finish the landscaping on Snow Goose Way and then move to Weiler Road.

Please stay off newly poured concrete for 7 days or until the contractor has removed all barricades.

For garbage pick up, please set out your garbage and recycling like usual.

Haas Road from White Wolf Lane to White Dove Lane will be paved with an asphalt binder mat sometime in mid to late September after most of the other construction is complete.

After the landscaping is finished, we recommend that the homeowners water the new landscaping a couple times a week.  This will speed up the growth of the grass, which will prevent weeds from growing.

If the contractor did the terrace landscaping across your property, you could install your mailbox in accordance with the guidelines from the Post Office , see street locations below and the attached “Mailbox Placement” info .

This is from an email I received from the Post Office regarding mailbox placement.   Also attached is a drawing showing how the Post Office wants mailboxes to be installed.

Below is the side of street for mailbox placement on each:

• Antelope – North Side of Street – EXCEPT for 2101, 2111, 2121 ARE SOUTH side of Street
• Haas Road – East Side of Street
• Snow Goose – West Side of Street
• Beckett – East Side of Street
• Weiler Road – Can place them in front of their house – either side of the road

The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.
