2025 Road Construction Updates – 1-25 Concrete Street Paving Project June 16-20

CONSTRUCTION –

• The contractor will be finishing the sidewalk and driveway apron construction on State Street the week of June 16^th.  The landscape work will follow shortly after the sidewalk and drive apron work is complete.
• The contractor is planning to remove soil along the sides and grading Weiler Road, Antelope Trail and Beckett Way the week of June 16^th.
• The contractor is planning to start setting stringline and the concrete street paving the week of June 23^rd.  I will be sending out another r update early next week with the paving schedule for each of the streets being paved
• We are asking homeowners along Weiler Road, Antelope Trail and Beckett Way that have plans to do your own sidewalk to have this work done before June 16^th.  We want to avoid conflicts with the street paving work.
• After the landscaping is finished, we recommend that the homeowners water the new landscaping a couple times a week.  This will speed up the growth of the grass, which will prevent weeds from growing.
• If the contractor did the terrace landscaping across your property, you could install your mailbox in accordance with the guidelines from the Post Office that I sent out last week.
• The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.
