CONSTRUCTION

  • The week of June 30th the contractor will be doing joint sealing on the new concrete.  The contractor will also be placing gravel in the driveways along the new concrete so residents can get into their driveways.
  • The contractor might do some grading and prep work on the unpaved lanes the week of June 30th.
  • The contractor will be paving the unpaved lanes the week of July 7th.  I will send out another update on July 2nd with the dates of construction for each street.
  • For garbage pick up, please set out your garbage and recycling like usual.
  • The sidewalk and driveway apron work will start once the paving is done on Antelope Trail, Weiler Road and Beckett Lane and the paved streets are open to traffic.

After the landscaping is finished, we recommend that the homeowners water the new landscaping a couple times a week.  This will speed up the growth of the grass, which will prevent weeds from growing.

If the contractor did the terrace landscaping across your property, you could install your mailbox in accordance with the guidelines from the Post Office, see street locations below and the Mailbox Placement info.

  • Bear Paw – South Side of Street
  • Red Fox – North Side of Street
  • Antelope – North Side of Street EXCEPT for 2101, 2111, 2121 ARE SOUTH side of Street
  • Haas Road – East Side of Street
  • Snow Goose – West Side of Street
  • Beckett – East Side of Street
  • White Dove on the South side

The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.

Mail Delivery –The Post Office said that they don’t deliver mail in a construction area.  The Post Office said that you can come to the Post Office to pick up your mail.  You will need to present an ID at the customer service window to verify your address.  They recommend that you pick up your mail in the afternoon.  The delivery person should have completed their route and have sorted the current mail.  The Post Office is open until 4:45 PM. This website allows you to sign up for Informed delivery, where you can see what is in your daily mail before it is delivered or you pick it up – Informed Delivery – Mail & Package Notifications | USPS.
